Dubai – 16 September 2019: dubizzle Property, the UAE’s biggest and most visited property platform, announces the launch of its ‘New Projects’ section. Off-plan purchases are on the rise, with the Dubai Land Department registering over 2,200 deals in July 2019 – the best month for the primary market since December 2017.
