Homsters.kz holds two largest property Expos in Central Asia

#EXPOHOMSTERS is a large-scale property exhibition that aims to connect real estate developers with potential homebuyers. It’s organized annually by the Homsters.kz team in the biggest cities of Kazakhstan. In 2021, the event was held on 9-10 October in Almaty and on 13-14 November in Nur-Sultan.

#EXPOHOMSTERS-2021 has brought together the leading local developers, financial institutions, prospective buyers, and investors. This year, the event was open to homebuyers with a “green” Covid certificate. In total, 25 companies and 6000 visitors attended the event this year. 

Over 70 new developments across Almaty and Nur-Sultan were showcased at the exhibition. Homebuyers got a great opportunity to look into a variety of property options and communicate with multiple developers under the same roof.  

The developers and partners of #EXPOHOMSTERS prepared a range of exclusive offers for the visitors. Customers ready to book or buy a property could take advantage of the special discounts and payment plans. Many people used this chance and became owners of new apartments during exhibition days. Additionally, homebuyers had the possibility to get qualified advice from the representatives of banks on the mortgage application process.
