Homsters launches new features to help buyers and developers connect amid pandemic

Coronavirus pandemic has had a massive effect on the real estate markets worldwide. According to research, held by Homsters b2b marketing team, the vast majority of property developers confirms a substantial drop in sales office visits. In April 2020, Homsters product team launched two new features, aimed at helping buyers and sellers connect without meeting each other.

The first update, launched in 4 countries, allows developers to place their WhatsApp contact on the project page of Homsters platform. The buyers who land on the page can choose to organize a video call with a consultant, thus achieving a similar result to a visit. A click on the new button initiates a WhatsApp chat between developer and buyer, with a template text requesting for a video call.

Another change, implemented by Homsters team, is an option to schedule a meeting with developer’s sales representative. Since the pandemic started, many sales offices changed their schedule to only coming to work to meet a buyer. With Homsters new product addition, the buyer can schedule such visit for the date and time of his/her choice. 

 

 

Homsters team provided these options to developers free of charge, mainly focusing on assisting the sellers to cope with tough market conditions.
