Our platform gives not just a list of all new projects in the country; we also give the most relevant information based on their interests and behavior. Clients often need more and they are looking for additional opportunities, like payment plans or some special offers. All this information helps our clients to take the most important decision in life – to buy a new home.

We have prepared a nice on-boarding guide for smooth dive into the new projects universe. For each new coming client, we make a short intro about all benefits that he or she can find on the platform, like available flats and current prices, a developer’s history and presentation, special offers, and payment plans.

We launched a Subscription on project news. Users can subscribe to projects they like. From now, clients will not miss any interesting changes in a project. They will early know about price changes, newly available flats, fresh project reviews, and construction progress photos, payment plans and special offers!

To make a developer closer to a buyer, we have developed an in-house chat solution on our platform. A client can ask all information anytime, and the sales office will answer or call back to the client.
